Bug Description
It looks like Plank is not accepting Slingshot's DND. I can drag and drop other things to the dock though (like folders)

I would assume this never worked since slingshot became an indicator and wingpanel is taking care of its presentation. Plank won't receive any events if the screen-sized transparent window catches them all. Therefore wingpanel would be at fault here for not setting a reasonable input-mask.
