Bug Description
Entering "start" or "startup" in the search box of the Applications popup does not show that the Settings > Applications > Startup pane exists; this misleadingly suggests that there is no way to create a startup application when that is not the case.

I'm going to mark this invalid for the applications plug because it does respond to the "startup" keyword. You can test this by typing in Switchboard search. However it doesn't look like Slingshot pulls these keywords. So confirming for Slingshot but as a duplicate of #1357493
