reload and shutdown actions don't call the shutdown dialog

Both actions could call the shutdown dialog before executing their actions.

Why should they, you already choosed what you want.

Sure, but shutdown/reload are actions which should have a dialog just like a delete action.
Maybe you remember the last second that you can not shut down because you forgot to do something.
Furthermore when you're used to the typical shutdown dialog you'll find it inconvenient the first time when you execute the reload/shutdown action in Slingshot.
