App search using only current locale

Bug Description
When you use Russian locale, you couldn't find by it's english name.
When you type 'terminal' the desired app is not found, if you use russian language. It's working for Ubuntu Unity.
It's a huge mess, because it's a default behaviour for Ubuntu and OSX, for example.
I run eOS 0.3b.
