keyboard navigation breaks on pages without matching icon rows

Let's you're in page #1 of your apps.
Move down (with the keyboard key) to the icon (3,1) (y,x), now hit the keyboard key for navigating to the right until you reach the last page in my case #3. You'll notice that you can only access the first icon at the top on the left on your last page (1,1).

There is an issue there,

but this only occurs where you go form a row on one page onto another that does not have that row.

In the case of the video you posted, if you press the up arrow once Synaptic is selected can you continue navigating as normal?

Indeed Ezra Sharp it's like you said. When you go from a row to another page where this no matching row you'll have navigation problems.
