Show most recently used applications in a page

Bug Description

Create a page of applications that are the most recently used.

Currently Slingshot is paginated, so adding 1 (and only one) initial page that shows the most used 15 apps or so would be useful. If there is no data for application usage, don't show the page at all.

This mockup simply shows what I mean.

As discussed on Slack, the default page should still be page 1 and this history page should come before that. So you have the option to see your app usage history, but it isn't the default view.
