Respect icon-size key in settings

Bug Description

Currently, the key "icon-size" in the schema "org.pantheon.desktop.slingshot" is not respected by Slingshot. Either this is a old key that should be removed, or Slingshot should draw it's application buttons to respect the "icon-size" key.

The icon size is respected by Slingshot, you just have to restart it to have the settings applied.

But there is a problem: The grid will maintain the same size. So setting smaller icons will leave a lot of empty space, and setting them too big will obscure the labels.

Let's ask the design team if we actually intend that to be customizable.

If the option is available, I don't see why the grid itself can't resize to match the icons.
