Bug Description
Navigating with arrow keys in grid view does not ignore empty items.
Say "X" means there's an icon/item and "-" means there is none. Starting at the item in the second row, go right then up and you'll end up on the second item in the first row.

Hm, for me going right into an empty row always takes you to the top.
What is the expected behavior?
