Hovering icons on Slingshot doesn't center them

Bug Description
Hard to explain, but I'll give my best. When you hover an icon on Slingshot, you don't get the icon and the text centered relatively to the shadow around it. It should be centered for OCD-perfectness.

To me, it looks like this is done in order to add extra padding between each row without adding it at the top as well. I could be wrong.
But yeah I agree with David that it's weird that the button is much taller than its contents.
