Bug Description
We should show hidden apps (.desktop files with NoDisplay=true) when searching. We have a couple of options: show them alongside other app results, or only show when there are no other results.

The command plugin commited with Bug #1281101 shows the hidden apps when the exact name is typed. For example "wingpanel".
