Sorting doesn't use locale collation

I just note that “Éditeur d'image GIMP” is at the end of my slingshot list of apps, after “xchat”.

Yes I tried, and also reboot.

It's because it's sorted as “É”, whose codepoint comes after the codepoint for “x”. If the app name was just “GIMP”, it would show in the correct order.

So, the bug here is that collation should be set to match locale.
