Show "Program couldn't start" error if .desktop fails

Bug Description
When a program crashes before showing its GUI, the user has no clue whether it crashed or it just has long loading times. In case of error, showing a nice dialog could solve the problem.

I agree, but I don't think Slingshot should handle this... Maybe Apport?
