There is no straightforward way to delete a web launcher created with Midori

While we are at it, can someone tell me a manual way to delete the launcher? I guess there is a .desktop file somewhere, but I don't know where to look.

I think you can remove it with alacarte

Thank you! Alacarte didn't work for me the first time I tried it right after installing elementary (crash on startup), but now it does. It kind of makes this bug report pointless.

Removing a launcher created by Midori should be done via Midori. The casual user doesn't even know that Alacarte exists or what it does.

It's not really Midori's job to fix your/our app launcher. Marking as invalid for Midori.

For deleting a launcher from slingshot by hand:
delete the corresponding .desktop file in ~/.local/share/applications

Since our Launcher and Dock now both support desktop actions it might be relevant to midori again, and should be handled by midori in my opinion. Adding a .desktop action on creation of the file in midori seems to be the best option to me.
