create launcher is not very clear

After clicking create launcher of elementary.org. I didn't know where the launcher was.
Later i found it in Slingshot. For a new user this is a very bad behavior.
There should be some kind of sign, a red light for example under Applications.
That way the user knows where to find the launcher.

There are long-term plans to improve how these launchers, or web apps are handled. Ultimately Slingshot will have to provide support for managing apps.

What I will implement is an infobar that tells you what happened.

I'm checking the possibility of having "Applications" light up in some way as well though it probably needs to be solved in wingpanel not Midori.

Yes, this needs to be solved in wingpanel but in the mean time an infobar would be OK.
