Wrapper does not start after skype re-start

Bug Description
on first skype start after system boot wrapper loads and works fine - but if during same session user quits skype and to a later point starts it again, the wrapper does not start; as if quitting skype quits the wrapper, and it doesn't load up when skype restarts again (although the wrapper-settings are marked as ' autostart skype wrapper ' ); only system reboot fixes issue!
Running ubuntu 14.04 LTS with skype 4.3.0.37.
