skype-wrapper doesn't honour the "DND" state and shows notifications on who appears online

Bug Description

While it would be natural to not push any notifications if Skype is in "Do Not Disturb" state, skype-wrapper produces native notifications when contacts appear online.

I have the same problem. Notifications disabled in Skype Options, but they continue to appear. But if I stop the service «skype-launcher» and «skype-service», then notifications are no longer displayed. From this we can conclude that it is guilty skype-wrapper.

I second ZHart.
skype wrapper does not honor the skype notifications settings in whatever mode/status the user is in.
I turn off the notifications of users coming online and offline, but notifications still show - displayed by the wrapper.
