Bug Description
SIPServer.pm has a hard-coded value for the syslog_facility of "local6".
Ideally, it would read that value from its XML configuration file instead, using the existing value as a default.

Just confirmed that even though syslog_facility is hard-coded in SIPServer.pm and unconditionally added to the Net::Server params, adding a matching "syslog_facility" value to the "server-params" section in the XML configuration file overrides the default value. Problem solved. Marking invalid.
