Failure to log "No match" message in find_service

Bug Description

Brought to my attention by Jason Boyer:

Sip::Configuration::find_service tries to log a warning when it does not find a matching service defined for a given address/port/protocol tuple.

The log statement has a typo in the log level, and the desired log message is not generated.
