Bug Description
Currenty export/import functionality is not writing all subscription data into csv and therefore not spam-safe.
If we export 1000 of subscriptions and 300 are spam with pending=True, they will become pending=False after reimporting the csv file. We also loose information about subscription language and date/time.
We need to extend the export and import to include all subscription metadata into the csv file.
