BJT transistor - BC-Diode setting is missing and PNP resuls in slow simulation

Bug Description
Dear friends,
Excellent work with SimulIDE.
However, in the BJT Transistor I noticed that the the Base-Collector diode property (BC Diode) is missing in 0.4.15-SR1.
Yet, whenever you alter the PNP property from false to true (to get a PNP transistor), the simulation becomes much much much slower.
I guess the BC-Diode is being enabled, as long as the PNP setting.
