standardize possible values of "ftype"

Bug Description

There seems to be different values for the "ftype" field:

disk.img
disk1.img
lxc.tar.gz
lxd.tar.xz
manifest
ova
root.tar.gz
root.tar.xz
tar.gz
uec.tar.gz
uefi1.img

would be nice if they could all be documented and standardized, so e.g. "disk.img"/"disk1.img" represents only a qcow2 disk image, "ova" an OVA guest, "tar.gz" is just the tar'ed content of the guest, and so on. This way there is no guesswork needed by SimpleStreams consumers, which can just assume content by "ftype".
