Bug Description
Simple Scan always writes to the right-most page. When reordering the pages (e.g. by context menu) while it is actively scanning, it messes up the (new) right-most page by writing the content in the middle of that page.
It should not identify the page where to write the content to by its position (right-most), but track page reordering an continue writing to the page it began with.

I have also suffered this bug a few times:
- While scanning, if you rotate another page, simple-scan will mess both the newly scanned image plus the other image.
- If you delete another page, simple-scan will overwrite the last image.
Scanning should not be related to the current focus, and should not be affected by operations in other images.
