Launchpad translation not being used (Spanish)

I'm using Simple Scan 3.22.0.1 in Ubuntu Yakkety Yak and there are many untranslated literals. I belong to the Spanish translation team so I tried to complete the translation but I found that all the literals but 4 were already translated years ago. For instance, the "_Document" label in the main menu was first translated and reviewed on 2009-12-21. "All Pages From _Feeder" was reviewed on 2010-02-18.

I also downloaded the tarball with the source code of that version and I saw those sentences were correctly translated, so something must be wrong on compiling and packing the Ubuntu package.
