when scanning text, generate vector OCR layer when saving as PDF

When scanning a text document with Simple Scan, it would be great if the user had the option to generate a vector OCR layer when saving as a PDF. An easy to use configuration dialog could be exposed. The generated layer could overlay the underlying raster scan when scanning in text mode.

This would enable users to search and select from within a scanned document, as well as for system indexing services to hash the document.
