program freezes when autosave-manager update the autosave for a page

Hello!
After I scanned the photos, I need to cut them off with a simple scan. But as soon as I click the Crop, the program hangs for 7-10 seconds. Then it works. When I change the cropping area, it freezes again for 7-10 seconds.
When I ran a simple-scan --debug, I got this:
