Bug Description
When adding an anchor link, the selected text gets replaced with the anchor name. I suppose correct behavior would also be that the selected text becomes the link title.

Isn't the problematic behavior that, when adding an anchor link *with a hash character* the selected text gets replaced with the anchor? AFAIK When adding an anchor link *without a hash character* it works fine.
Making the selected text the title is a user friendly idea, but not all anchors need a title, only if you want them to appear in the Indexer.
