publish tab of container as author: 'reject' should be 'withdraw approval request'

Bug Description
small detail: an author does not 'reject' his/her own approval request; he/she 'withdraws' it. therefore, it should be 'withdraw approval request'. the button can be found in the publish tab of a container seen as author. this change would make the button text consistent with the one found in the publish tab of a document.
