Bug Description
When a user manages the BIOS settings using Ironic through the clean steps apply_configuration and factory_reset, no error is reported by the node even if the configuration is not valid. Following are the scenarios:
a) The configuration may contain the read only attributes
b) The user may pass on the value other than the allowed value, which perhaps may be due to a typo by the user.
Change in the BIOS settings takes into effect only after the power cycle. So a reboot is required after the manual clean steps and check for any errors before marking the clean step as success or failed.
