Bug Description

Is now fixed in Silva 2.0.1, but was present in 2.0. For any site that used 2.0, created objects won't have a creation date/time, which may break things (like rss feeds), or anything else that expects a date and will fail if it finds "None".
Silva 2.1 should have an ugprader that adds a cdt if one isn't present. This upgrader could just check IVersionedContent objects.

This didn't seems to be a problem, and nobody no longer update to 2.1 (the latest version being 3.0)
