Nope. But what I do see when answering by signed email is the shout:

Followed by some useful content.

Then more shouting and gibberish. This is a waste of bytime.

Aha, there is a way around it.
And there's a Launchpad bug: strip inline pgp noise from bug messages

This one is signed, but apparently you don't need to sign comments, just
new bugs and bug changes.
