Bug Description

minor nitpick: The 'sorry' at the beginning of most error messages somehow jars.
I would like to formulate it more neutrally, possibly just dropping it, because
(to me, and that could very well be just me) it reads a little
informal/unprofessional and, after a few of these, insincere. Even worse (again,
IMNSHO) is 'sorry for the inconvenience' which is shown in some places, if I
recall correctly. I think error messages should be more matter of fact
statements. Also these are not bugs in Silva, so why should Silva be saying sorry?
