Bug Description
It would be nice to have the ability to use 'inline' code elements from within a
paragraph or the like. There are however caching implications for this. The
classic editor parser/ui and kupu will also be impacted, especially if
parameters are allowed.

Doing this in the widget editor will be *very* hard indeed. I can see creating a dedicated span in kupu, and somehow triggering that, I can see getting that to work with the xslt renderer and possibly the widget renderer, but we can't really go into the text areas that represent paragraphs in the widget editor. The alternative is inventing some sort of plain text syntax to represent code sources, which will be hard, since they need to be able to support any number of arbitrary parameters. That means we have to update the text parser, which is fragile at best. We need to discuss this more.
