Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
- copy text from a source containing curly quotes
- paste it into the message field of a forum comment
- submit
The message actually posts ok, but the feedback states: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2019' in position 292: ordinal not in range(128)
Example text to paste: “We’re releasing an extension, Silva Forum, that’s a huge improvement on the current one.”

Also, the feedback is positive as opposed to a warning. Usually the feedback says "Comment posted" or something like that.
BTW, this does not happen in the 2.2 branch. It's a trunk bug.
