Removing Calabash and Saxon from the repository

Bug Description

Calabash and Saxon distributions have recently been added to the SilkPage repository. It's not recommended to unpack a software distribution file and add the resulting files to the repository. Both Calabash and Saxon are written in Java and distribute Jar files. In case we need these packages, we could include the Jar files but not the whole distribution files.

Please accept my apology. The packages were my addition. :(

Although this is not my first work on an open source project, I must
admit that I am not the most experienced contributor. In the past I
have observed projects that prefer the full packages to simply
including the JAR files in their project library.

Additionally, I was working with CVS, with which I am terribly clumsy
and also unfamiliar with. In hindsight I realize I should have created
a branch or posted a request to add the files rather than simply
adding them.

Again, I apologize. I will do my best to take this lesson to heart
and will be more careful in the future. :)
