Bug Description

outdoors-theme and silicon-theme use the now-deprecated and removed "ubuntulooks" GTK theme engine. They should be changed to use the "murrine" engine, which "ubuntulooks" was based on.

These shouldn't even be installable, but the packaging doesn't declare the dependency.

I'm tempted to argue that these should simply be removed as neither package has been updated since before Hardy. Yet, they both still have high install counts according to popcon data:

outdoors-theme - 7334 Installs
silicon-theme - 67485 Installs
