Bug Description

Sikuli X 1.0rc2 "Maltese"
Windows 7, 64-bit

1- Start task manager or a similar program to view processor stats.
2- Start Sikuli and take a screenshot of something on the web (I used a flash video).
3- Leave the browser open with the object you took a screenshot of plainly visible.
4- Click on the screenshot to enter patter settings menu.
5- Wait for the menu to load, then click cancel.
6- Repeat steps four and five about ten times.

You will notice that the time it takes for the pattern settings menu to finish loading increases with the number of times you try to enter it. Eventually, your processor will become completely tasked out to 100%, and the pattern setting menu will not load at all.
The only way I have found to remedy the issue is to completely close/restart Sikuli.
