Bug Description

Build 2018-08-31_21:04 crashes, if path contains spaces or non-english symbols.

This path works:
C:\temp

These paths fail to start:
C:\t emp
C:\фtemp

Starting with a 'java -jar "c:\t emp\sikulix.jar"' shows
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
        at org.sikuli.ide.Sikulix.main(Sikulix.java:83)

Environment:
Windows 7 ult 64-bit
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_181-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.181-b13, mixed mode)
