Unable to download sikulixlibs from repository

I was trying to use Sikulix but when I try and get sikulixapi via gradle I get the following error:

   > Could not resolve com.sikulix:${sikulix.libs}:1.1.0.
      > Could not get resource 'http://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/com/sikulix/${sikulix.libs}/1.1.0/${sikulix.libs}-1.1.0.pom'.
         > Could not GET 'http://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/com/sikulix/$%7Bsikulix.libs%7D/1.1.0/$%7Bsikulix.libs%7D-1.1.0.pom'.
            > org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException (no error message)

Is the repository offline?

version 1.1.0 is on Maven Central !!
