open ide retains closed items

Now on Windows 7
When I load Sikuli it retains the items that were closed in the previous session
can u give me a workaround please

also
How can I tell what version I am using
various help options go to wrong address
e.g. http://www.sikuli.org/documentation.shtml
looking for: http://sikuli.org/docx/globals.html
change to: http://doc.sikuli.org/globals.html

sure you are using the latest 1.1.1 ?

As there is no menu > about then maybe not latest - found it from a link on
sikuli though can you give me the latest link

You are correct (of course) old version - I even installed Java 6 to make it run
Now Running current version of Java and 2016-07-11_01
