[1.1.0] Fedora64: libvisionproxy not found --- install prereqs -- local build supported by setup 2015-06-24+

I use the jar to set up sikulix1.1.0 on a fedora 64 bit machine. I don't have root access and want a local installation.

At some point the set up asks me if I want to use a predefined/buil libvisionproxy. I answer no. the script responds that it will pack this with the jars:
