when an app is disconnected from an account, it still appears as if it's connected

Bug Description
Connect facebook (or another account!) to online accounts
In the facebook page within online accounts, disable the friends application from using facebook
The friends app still seems to be using my facebook account!
Desired behaviour
- Friends app notifies you it is no longer connected to online account
- Friends app doesn't show any info from my facebook account
