Bug Description

After calling signon_identity_signout on an account (using a script attached to #1172710), the credentials are successfuly deleted from gnome-kerying but the user is not signed out in the embedded browser used by oauth-plugin.

I tested this with a twitter account. I added the test account to UOA and called signon_identity_signout. When I click "Grant Access" in Online Accounts, it does not ask for the password again (and in the embedded browser it shows that the test user is still logged in twitter).

Also, signon_identity_signout does not sign out the user until the next restart (still signed in after enabling and disabling the account. Though, this behavior might be inconsistent between different web services), but that should be reported as a separate bug.

Hi Lukas, which version of signon-ui and signond are you using?
I think I fixed this issue in Saucy, but the fix is not in 13.04.

Hey Alberto, I am testing this in up to date Saucy.

By the way, when I raised the issue I was not sure that signon_identity_signout is responsible for cleaning up cookies. I suspected that oauth-plugin would be responsible for that (but it seems there's no signout API in libaccount-plugin and oath-plugin) but if it actually is responsiblity of signon_identity_signout to clear the cookies, all the better.

Changing back to "New" as I am the original reporter and I tested in Saucy and confirmed the issue is still present. If you need more details please tell me what information you are looking for.
