Bug Description

The signon-apparmor-extension package is a plugin for the Online Accounts daemon (signond) which uses apparmor to determine if a client application is allowed to use an Online Account.
It is a required package for the Unity8 environment, because without it all applications can access all accounts.

When the extension is enabled, some scopes fail to work. They need to be updated to perform OA API calls differently, and pass the apparmor controls.
