Bug Description
If a user has installed version 0.1 of a certain application and granted it access rights to some accounts, the same access should be granted to any version of the application.

Yes I agree.
For example, if a user has added an account to an app, and then upgrades that app to a newer version, the user shouldn't have to add the account again.
