Bug Description
Hello Nick,
I am using SIESTA 4.1/b4, and the following are the commands I run.
cd elec
ibrun siesta --electrode < elec_Graphene.fdf | tee elec_Graphene.out
cd ..
ibrun transiesta -V 0.25:eV < Graphene.fdf | tee Graphene.out
ibrun tbtrans -V 0.25:eV < Graphene.fdf | tee Graphene.tbt-out
The first two steps finished well. But for the third step, I was given the following error information:
1 Missing argument on command line, -V
2 Stopping Program from Node: 0
How do you think I can solve the error? Thank you very much!
Best,
Yuefei

Thanks for reporting this. A commit has been made to fix this.
FYI. In 4.1 you do not need to pipe any more.
Doing:
tbtrans -V 0.25:eV Graphene.fdf
works (and also for the siesta and transiesta executable)! :)
