Bug Description

Built Siesta-4.0.2 with Intel/2018u4 and MKL.

When run a H2O simulation, the calculation 'hangs' but giving a series of writings like the following in output:
{ 0, 5}: On entry to
PDSYNTRD parameter number 1 had an illegal value
{ 0, 0}: On entry to
PDSTEDC parameter number 10 had an illegal value

I am not sure if it is a bug, or related to some wrong inputs.

This is a known problem with Intel MKL, they have been informed of the bug.

Please add this to your input, and it should be resolved:

Diag.Memory 2.

Note that the above fix is only for the 4.0 versions.

4.1 is _not_ affected by this.
