No 'install' target

Bug Description

The makefile Obj/Makefile has no 'install' target, and it isn't clear what should be installed and how to install siesta.

We don't support an install target in Siesta.

For now you have to move the compiled binaries yourself.

For now I will mark this as Won't Fix because we currently have no plan to implement this.

Basically yes, there are additional utilities in the Util/* subdirectories. They contain post-processing utilities that also require manual installation.
