Problem compiling SIESTA with flook on MAC

Bug Description

When compiling with Flook I got the following error. I cannot find the dictionary module in the SIESTA package.

/Users/federico/siesta-4.1-b3/Src/siesta_dicts.F90:6:6:

   use dictionary
      1
Fatal Error: Can't open module file 'dictionary.mod' for reading at (1): No such file or directory

Are you sure you added libfdict.a to your COMP_LIBS?
