trivial differences found in tests

Bug #1725813 reported by Leopold Talirz

Bug Description

I'm running Siesta 4.0.1 (on Ubuntu-16.04) and there are differences in tests because the zeros of the stress tensor can be +0 or -0.
While you see that there is no problem, when you look into the OUT.diffs (see below), it does make it hard to automate testing.

$ make tests=h2o check
make[1]: Entering directory '/home/vagrant/codes/siesta-4.0.1/Obj/Tests/h2o'
    ==> Running check for system h2o
Using reference directory: ../../../Tests/Reference
h2o.out: ** DIFFERENCES FOUND **
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/vagrant/codes/siesta-4.0.1/Obj/Tests/h2o'

$ cat h2o/OUT.diffs
Stress -20.20 -3.67 22.43 -0.00 0.00 0.00 | Stress -20.20 -3.67 22.43 0.00 0.00 0.00

Thanks for the report.

We are aware of the shortcomings of the testing scheme shipped with Siesta (and we would also like a better scheme for testing checks). We are currently not pursuing a fix for this anytime soon :(
