Some upload plugins fails with unicode characters in filename

Half of upload plugins fails with unicode characters in filename.

Steps to reproduce:
* Rename file to 'āšd.png'
* Upload it.

Only services that works are Omploader, ImageBanana and ToileLibre others fails with errors:

HTTP::Message content must be bytes at /usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Request/Common.pm line 91

File does not exist: Wide character in syswrite at /usr/lib/perl/5.12/IO/Handle.pm line 205.
 at /usr/share/shutter/resources/system/upload_plugins/upload//ImageShack.pm line 118

500 Wide character in syswrite

malformed JSON string, neither array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "Wide character in sy...") at /usr/share/shutter/resources/system/upload_plugins/upload//Imgur.pm line 118.

Could you please check the latest beta packages and see if the bug is fixed now?

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter-testing-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install shutter

You'll have version 0.88.1 after upgrading. Thanks!

All services work perfectly with Guest account, but:

1. Minus: Image was uploaded but I got 400 BAD REQUEST at the end
2. ToileLibre - image not uploads

Some upload-plugins seem to be broken currently or are your really encountering encoding-specific errors?
